基于校企合作的高职学生职业发展研究
Study on the Occupation Development of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on School-enterprise Cooperation
摘要
Abstract
The major problems of occupation development of vocational college students include: lack of awareness of students’ occupation development in higher vocational colleges; lack of foresight of talent training in enterprises; the imperfect training system of school-enterprise cooperation. School-enterprise cooperation is the only way which must be passed for fostering modern talents, is the urgent requirement for occupation education docking with the market, is an important measure to enhance students' occupation ability, therefore, school-enterprise cooperation is the key to solve the problems of studengts’occupation development in higher vocational colleges. Based on the vision of promoting the occupation development of higher vocational students, school-enterprise cooperation should change the ideas first, attach importance to the cooperation; second, to fix the win-win cooperation, realize the complementary advantages; third is to perfect the system, promote humanistic care.关键词
