家庭医生服务模式下社区护士工作现状调查
Status Quo of Community Nurses Based on Mode of Family Doctor
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of community nurses based on the mode of family doctor in Shenzhen. Methods An anonymous questionnaire was conducted among 186 community nurses from 24 community health service centers in Shenzhen. Results The work of community nurses based on the mode of family doctor included basic medical service, health management, immunization, health care of children and the elderly, chronic disease management, health education and guidance of family planning. But very few nurses carried out mental health care and management of disabled persons. Conclusion There are both basic medical service and public health service in the work of community nurses in Shenzhen. The integrated mode of “Six in One” among community nursing is gradually improved and great emphasis of nursing should be put on the full implementation of community health care.关键词
