踝臂指数在下肢外周动脉病变患者护理中的应用
Nursing Practice Based on Ankle-brachial Index for Patients with Peripheral Arterial Diseases

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ankle-brachial index on nursing practice for patients with peripheral arterial diseases. Methods Seventy-two patients with peripheral arterial disease were divided into observation group with specialized nursing according to ankle-brachial index and control group with basic nursing. Results Ankle-brachial index was higher for patients with specialized nursing at 12th week (P<0.05). Pain-free walking distance and maximum walking distance in observation group were significantly further than those in control group at 12th week (P<0.01). Maximum walking distance in observation group were significantly further than that in control group at 4th week (P<0.05). Conclusion Specialized nursing based on ankle-brachial index can improve the condition of patients with peripheral arterial diseases.关键词
