功能性消化不良患者生存质量调查
Quality of Life of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the quality of life (QOL) of functional dyspepsia (FD) patients and healthy people. Methods With cross-sectional study, totally 200 FD patients and 100 healthy people were enrolled from October 2011 to July 2012. The QOL of FD patients (when being hospitalized and discharged) and healthy people were collected using the FDDQL scale. Results The total QOL score and all domains scores of healthy people were higher than those of FD patients before treatment ( P<0.05). The QOL scores of patients with FD (including total score and all domains scores) reported an improvement after treatment and nursing care, but were still lower than that of healthy people (P<0.05). Conclusion FD patients have lower QOL than healthy people. Physical and mental healthcare should be provided, as well as nursing care for patients with FD to effectively improve their quality of life.关键词
