Hemostatic Effects of Computerized Air Tourniquet Pressure for Patients undergoing Operation on Lower Limb
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare hemostatic effects of different computerized air tourniquet pressure for patients undergoing operation for lower limb. Methods Ninety patients were divided into different computerized air tourniquets which were applied in three groups, then hemostatic effects in different group were compared. Results Comparatively, it achieved good hemostatic effect in color ultrasound group followed by upper limb systolic blood pressure group and blood oxygen saturation group. Conclusion Air tourniquet pressure controlled with color ultrasound achieved good hemostatic effect and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.关键词
