263例艾滋病患者社会支持与服药依从性的相关性研究
Correlation between Social Supports and Medication Compliance of AIDS Patients

Abstract
Objective To know about the status quo of social supports and medication compliance of patients with AIDS and analyze the correlation between them. Methods A total of 263 cases of AIDS patients receiving free highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) from 2012 February to 2013 April were investigated. Face-to-face interview was conducted to collect data. Results The total score of social support in AIDS patients was 31.27 ±5.91, which was lower than that of national normal (P<0.01); the average level of adherence to HAART was 95.1%. There were 85.2%of the patients who were of good adherence to HAART while 14.8% with poor adherence. The total score of social support and its all dimensions were positively correlated with adherence to HAART ( P<0.01). Conclusion Social support of AIDS patients receiving HAART is in a low level of social supports and closely relates to their adherence to HAART. The patient should be assisted to establish an effective social support system, so as to improve their adherence to HAART.关键词
