Abstract
Objective To know the development of emergency green channel for patients with acute myocardial infarction and to provide reference for its improvement. Methods The medical records involving time of every rescue step of 194 patients who were transferred to catheter laboratory and CCU from emergency department and their total length of staying in emergency department were consulted. Results Totally 133 were transferred to catheter laboratory and 101 (75.9%) of them met the time requirement of emergency green channel and the rescue time of 47 patients (35.3%) was, according to the standards of green channel, in A level and 54 (40.6%)in B level. Conclusion Emergency green channel develops well, but there is still a lot to be improved. Too much time delays outside the hospital and the cooperation is not good enough between emergency center and emergency department or between emergency department and department of cardiology, consequently, communication and cooperation among departments are in urgent need.关键词
