Abstract
Combined with the background of Guangzhou village planning, and refer to Baiyun, Nansha, Conghua and other areas of experience, this paper carries on thorough thinking of the village layout planning system and its technical methods. Based on the Zengcheng project practice, we recommend that the vil age layout planning should break through the town (subdistrict) administrative boundary constraints, and focus on structuring village development framework in the County (District) level. We also try exploring that, based on the industrial division, ecological and history protection, how to improve the classification regulation of village and strengthen the guidance significance of village layout planning, in order to achieve “urban-rural integration and multiple planning coordination”.关键词
