Design of the Testbed for Wireless Sensor Network Based Structural Health Monitoring System of Bridges
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,research on bridge structural health monitoring has attracted in-creasing attention. In this paper,we propose and design a WSN-based testbed scheme for bridge structural health monitoring system. We evaluate the performance of the testbed by simulations. Simulations results show that a hierarchical system with gateways providing power and wired communication to sensor nodes is a more viable alternative to a simple WSN equipped with large batteries,for this first phase of system exploration.关键词
