我国农产品可追溯体系的现状及问题分析
Status and Problems of China's Agricultural Products Traceability System
摘要
Abstract
In recent years , because of the mad cow disease , foot and mouth disease , melamine scandal and the "Horse Meat Crisis "which has not yet subsided in European , food safety problem has aroused more and more attention of the people .However , the retrospective of the quality of agricultural products is an effective way to solve the problem of food security .Based on the analysis of the current situation of the agricultural products traceability system ,this paper provides existing problems of Chinese agricultural products traceability system in the standards , technology , laws, regulations and the cost.,and then puts forward some suggestions .关键词
