摘要

Abstract

Based on the requirement of simple structure , low cost, high success rate , high efficiency of picking seedling machinery , this paper designed a kind of crank slide portal picking seedling machinery , described the working principle and the mechanical structure design of key components .In order to validate the working performance of the mechanism , experiment of picking seedings under different speed was done .The experiment results showed that under the speed of 40~70r/min,the average success rate of picking seeding was 94.4%, the average rate of injury seedings was 4.9%, meeting the requirement of automatic picking seedlings .
