Different Factors on the Effect of Dry Methane Fermentation of Goat Dung
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the factors of temperature , moisture content and proportion of inoculation on the effect of dry anaerobic fermentation of sheep manure , the dry anaerobic fermentation experiments had been conducted by using the single factor test method .The results showed that temperature , moisture content had a high effect on gas production effect.The unit TS gas production effect of mesotherm fermentation ( 35±1 ℃) was better than the normal fermentation ( 25 ±1 ℃);When the moisture content of sheep manure was greater , the dry anaerobic fermentation system started sooner and the effect of unit TS gas production was better .Inoculation proportion of sheep manure in unit TS gas produc-tion rate was increased first and then decreased .When temperature was 35 ±1℃, moisture content was 80%, proportion of inoculation was 7:3~5:5 ( TS 21:1~9:1 ) , the effect of dry anaerobic fermentation of sheep manure was the best . The experimental results had provided basis parameters for the process design of dry anaerobic fermentation project .关键词
