吊杯式栽植器空间凸轮的设计及运动仿真
Design and the Motion Simulation for Spatial Cam of Dibble-type Planting Devices
摘要
Abstract
Dibble is a key part of transplanting machine , and the rules of the dibble starting will directly affect the quali-ty of planting seedlings .Since the cam profile curve of the spatial cam is quite complicated which can control dibble mouth's opening and closing , it's difficult to design the rules of the dibble of the spatial cam .To solve this problem , the mathematical equations of the the spatial cam contour curve should be established according to the regulation of cup mouth opening .By making use of Pro/E through the programming to generate the solid model of spatial cam , and build a 3 d solid model of dibble to make a simulation analysis of dibble by mechanism Module .It also make the regulation on the opening simulation of the dibble .The results show that the cam can meet the regulation and the requirements for the design of dibble and it can provide the oretical basis for cam design and manufacturing .关键词
