基于流化原理的气吹供种装置的设计与流场仿真
The Design and Flow Field Simulation for Pneumatic Seed Supply Device Based on the Fluidization Principle
摘要
Abstract
Pneumatic seed supply device was designed which is based on the fluidization principle .The flow field in the fluid-bed of the seed was simulated by using the CFD software:Fluent , analyzing the field distribution of the reference planes at different distances between the gas distributor and the out plane .The simulated results indicated that the uni-formity of gas phase flow field in the reference planes was improved with the increase of the distance between the refer -ence plane and the gas distributor;as the same time , the velocity in the zone of near the wall is minimum , because of that the wall have friction .The study provides theoretical support to optimization design for the pneumatic seed supply de -vice .关键词
