农机购置补贴政策经济影响的一般均衡分析
The General Equilibrium Analysis of the Economic Impact of the Farm Machinery Purchase Subsidiary Policy
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the quantitative impact of the farm machinery purchase subsidy on agricultural production and the national economy , the paper complicates a Social Accounting Matrix table with the 2007 input-output data and builds up a CGE model to simulate and analyze the farm machinery purchase subsidiary policy with the GAMS program . The results show that: the farm machinery purchase subsidy policy helps to reduce the labor input of agricultural pro -duction and promote the transfer of rural surplus labors to the secondary and tertiary industries .In addition, increasing the amount of farm machinery purchase subsidy will increase the output of the agricultural sector and other sectors , lower the product price , improve the residents'consumption utility and increase the export and reduce the import of the agricul-tural sector .To further enhance the agricultural labor productivity and competitiveness of agricultural products , it is rec-ommended to further enrich the subsidiary forms , expand the subsidized agricultural machinery types and strengthen the regulation in agricultural machinery purchase subsidies .关键词
