摘要

Abstract

For enhancing the automatic drill ’ s working performance , drill system model is built and then control strategy is designed for electronics control system based on fuzzy logic .System model is built at first step based on the method of steady state analysis and mould simplification .The model includes opener device model , traveling part model and driving system model .Taking soil pressure , depth of the grave , driving resistance and velocity as fuzzy inputs while target torque of electric driving system as fuzzy output .Fuzzy membership function and clearness method are designed .Fuzzy control rules are proposed based on fuzzy membership function .Simulation results show that the presented fuzzy control can rea lize nice control effect;system efficiency can reach 65~95 percent .
