Analysis and Simulatio n of Mechanical Baling Compression Based on Multi-body Dynamics
摘要
Abstract
According to present problem on low packing density of crude fiber such as reed , key technology of mechani-cal high density baling compression is researched .Simulation study on compression mechanism of mechanical baling com-pression is achieved based on Multi-body Dynamics , the motion law of piston and force condition of hinge joint on crank is obtained under working rotating speed (90r/min) in the process of compression .Low priority suggestions were put for-ward after research on change of two hinge point maximum force on crank under different working rotating speed .Stress and strain distribution of key parts is analyzed by the finite element method and the rationality of the structure design be verified .Research results can provides the theoretical basis for high density baling compression of reeds or other crude fi -ber raw material and technical reference for development of equipment .关键词
