统收式采棉机清杂系统设计及运动学特性分析
Separation System Design & Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Closed-type Cotton Picker
摘要
Abstract
A separation system whose separated method combined with Machinery and Wind power is designed based on the material characteristic difference between cotton and moits .Three-dimensional modeling on its main parts by using Solidworks software .Using ADAMS software simulated the movement state of Barbed nail cylinder and cotton under dif-ferent loads and different speeds ,the results show that:the more loads imposed on Barbed nail cylinder , the more fierce it will work .When the speed of Barbed nail cylinder is in 200~400r/min, cleaning effect is the best .关键词
