Nondestructive Detection SPAD Value of Leaves for Gannan Navel Orange by Visible-near Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract
In order to provide a reference for precision fertilizer management of fruit trees , The SPAD ( soil and plant an-alyzer development ) value of fruit tree is determined nondestructively by visible -near infrared spectroscopy ( visible-NIR) .The visible-near infrared ( visible-NIR) spectra of 100 Gannan navel orange trees ’ leaves were collected by a reflectance mode .Moving window partial least squares ( MWPLS ) , genetic algorithm ( GA ) and successive projections algorithm ( SPA) were applied to select spectral variables .And calibration models were developed with these variables . The optimal model was developed with 39 variables selected by MWPLS and SPA .The correlation coefficient of the model was 0.898.The root mean square error of prediction was 2.116 SPAD.The experimental results show that it was feasible to detect chlorophyll of Ganan navel orange leaves nondestructively by visible -NIR spectroscopy and chemometric algo-rithms.关键词
