基于统计分析猕猴桃外观指标分级方法的研究
Kiwifruit Grading Method Based on the Statistical Analysis of External Dimension

Abstract
The fruit grading is an important part to improve the additional value of fruit and ensure quality in postharvest . The indexes of kiwifruit grading mainly are fruit shape , single fruit weight and fruit size etc .The fruit shape is usually distinguished by long axis .In this paper , single fruit weight , fruit long and short diameters of grading indexes were se-lected to study .First of all , the single fruit weight , fruit long and short diameters of Qinmei fruit was analyzed , and car-ried out the commodity range and the high quality fruit range .Also , the fruit long and short diameters range of normal fruit and high-quality fruit were confirmed , and the sample proportion of each range was analyzed .Then , the correlation of the single fruit weight and fruit size was studied .The results show that the data of single fruit weight , fruit long and short diameters obey the normal distribution .The linear relation between Qinmei fruit shape index or the composite index and the weight is clearly .The quadratic fitting coefficient of relation between the single fruit weight and long -short axis was 0 .71 and 0 .80 separately , the quadratic fitting coefficient of relation between the single fruit weight and the image area was only 0.92.The results provide methods and theoretical basis to quantify the fruit shape index .关键词
