Lifting Door Frame of Ramie Combine Harvester Finite Element Analysis Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract
Take the lifting door frame header of 4 LMZ160 ramie combine harvester as the research object , establish the 3 D model of lifting door frame header in Pro/e software ,then leading the three-dimensional model into finite element a-nalysis software Ansys Workbench ,last the static analysis and modal analysis under load were carried out on the lifting door frame .Analysis shows that the lift door frame meets the requirements of strength and stiffness under the action of static force , and modal analysis has been further lifting gantry anterior 6 steps model natural frequencies and mode shapes characteristic .which will provide a reference for the lifting door frame structure design and optimization .关键词
