摘要
Abstract
Due to widely used resistance and capacitance methods in freezing grain moisture measurement are failed , the paper has designed a new and fast method to measure freezing grain moisture .The method was based on the relationship between freezing grain moisture and its hardness to measure grain moisture speedily .Experiments had been conducted to testify the feasibility on soybean .The result of experiment shows the maximum error is 0 .8%comparing the new method with traditional oven drying method .It can be used for freezing grain moisture precision measurement .关键词
