深松铲尖等离子堆焊涂层的制备与性能研究
Research on Microstructure and Performance of Plasma Arc Overlay Welding Layer on Subsoiler Surface
摘要
Abstract
In order to enhance the abrasive resistance of the agricultural tools and machinery to subsoiling component, the technique of plasma arc overlaying was used to obtain chromic carbide crystal grain -carbon ferrochrome coating on subsoi-ler surface , with X-ray diffraction instrument , the metalloscope and the Rockwell hardness tester analyzed and surveyed the layer organization and performance .The test result indicated that the welding layer prepared is uniform and dense in microstructure ,including the amorphous body ;Compared with the substrate cast iron material , overlaying compound ma-terials average degree of hardness enhanced 5~10 times .The field trial indicated that the performance of the subsoiler with abrasive wear-resisting remarkably enhanced after this processing .关键词
