摘要

Abstract

According to the problem of straw blocking of no-till planter in heavy corn residue and weed cover fields in annual double cropping areas of China , the disc broken stubble type no-till planter was designed .This paper mainly de-signed stubble breaking device、Seed Metering Devicefor、transmission scheme and other key parts of the machine , and conducted field experiments .The field experiment showed that the machine had a good performance of breaking stubble , and can complete broken stubble , ditching , fertilization , planting , repression , and other process , during the test did not appear furrow opener clogging , effect of casting on fertilizer and seeds can meet agronomic requirements , and the germi-nation of the seed could be ensured .
