Finite Element Analysis and Cone Angle Optimization of Ring Die on Circular Mold Briquetting Machine

Abstract
The ring die which has the failure problem is the main component of the straw briquetting machine .According to a straw machine's work principle and heating mode , using the software of Solidworks and Abaqus to complete modeling and static analysis of four different cone angle of the combined ring die to obtain the stress and deformation distribution of the die head .By analyzing stress and the deformation trend along the axial and vertical path of the middle position of the ring die and the influence of cone angle on forming quality .Results show that when the cone angle of 20 °, the die has good working performance , provide the basis for the ring die structure optimization .关键词
