施药机压力波动特性研究
Reaearch on Pressure Fluctuation Characteristicsof Spraying Machinery
摘要
Abstract
In the process of variable spraying the spraying machinery is able to control the flow and the pressure of the nozzle by controlling the opening of the electric valve whereas the closing of the nozzle can lead to the fluctuation of pipeline pressure and the change of pipeline flow .The research has set up a test bench which can simulate the character-istics of spraying in order to study the characteristics of the fluctuation of pressure .The results show that the value of pres-sure fluctuation is directly related to the reflux ratio;the more the number of the closing nozzle is ,the bigger the value of pressure fluctuation will be under the same reflux ratio;the best reflux ratio is 3 ∶2 among the different reflux ratios and this best reflux ratio is recommended when using the small spraying machinery which controls the flow by reflux .关键词
