The Optimization Design of Sugarcane Harvester Cutter Gearbox
摘要
Abstract
The cutter is the important part of sugar cane harvester , according to the research of our group , the gear box is closely linked to the transition from the test device to the physical prototype , cutter structure and dynamics of engineer-ing realization ,the bench lifting mechanism design and the clamping device layout of cutter .In this paper , by using finite element software ANSYS optimization module provides the first-order analysis , take modeling method from top to down , simplify the complicated actual model of gear box , parameterize the size of gearbox structure , size , optimize design the gearbox , so as to achieve the purpose of lightweight design .关键词
