摘要

Abstract

It has Special agronomic requirements for transplanting of jujube that the topsoil and subsoil should be stored separately , then we can backfill subsoil after topsoil when transplanting jujube .But the current earth auger can not meet special agronomic requirements for transplanting of jujube because soil scatter around the pit under the action of spiral wing .As a result , it is people that dig the pit and make topsoil and subsoil , with low working efficiency and intensity of labor .According to the problem a hierarchical earth auger is designed .This layered earth boring machine include outside type and inside type .Topsoil is separately collected temporarily when digging , however subsoil is scatter far away around the pit under the action of spiral wing of high-speed rotation .Topsoils catter closely around the pit then backfill the col-lected subsoil after topsoil to meet special agronomic requirements for transplanting of jujube .Experimental results show that , hierarchical earth auger can realize the function of making topsoil and subsoil separated and meet the special agro -nomic requirements for transplanting of jujube with subsoil covered by topsoil , and it has important significance for the mechanization of digging pit for jujube .
