Abstract
This article from soy protein isolate spray drying process perspective , and inlet air temperature , exhaust tem-perature , blower current , induced draft fan current , high-pressure pump current , high-pressure pump pressure factors studied powder spray drying process parameters on product quality effects .Through the moisture content of dried protein powder , particle size , protein content and other performance parameters of the quantitative analysis , the soy protein iso-late of the preferred spray drying process conditions .关键词
