Design of Potato Sorter
摘要
Abstract
The potato is a very high yield of crops,in recent years,China's potato planting area is becoming larger and larger .Potato harvest , first of all need to open according to size sorting , to sell at different prices , to achieve the best price.But the separation of potato is a very tedious , time-consuming and laborious work ,but only by the human visual cannot effectively separating potato size ,artificial low efficiency of separation ,high strength .This paper introduces the de-sign of a potato sorter ,the roller shaft type sorting device ,roller spacing between along the conveyor belt moving forward , spacing to increase gradually ,the potato in different position falls into three levels , according to the size ,which completely solves the problem of difficult separation of potato farmers .This machine has compact structure ,convenient operation ,can greatly reduce the burden of farmers ,reducing the labor intensity ,improve production efficiency .关键词
