挤压膨化参数对水酶法提取米糠油得率的影响
Effects of Extrusion Parameters on Yield of Rice Bran Oil in Extracted by Aqueous Enzymatic Method

Abstract
Extrusion can destroy the cell walls , reduce types of enzyme compared with traditional aqueous enzymatic ex-traction of rice bran oil in the traditional craft and obtain higher oil extraction rate .The study researched the effects of ex-trusion parameters ( material moisture , extrusion temperature , screw speed , die-hole diameter ) on yield of rice bran oil in extracted by aqueous enzymatic method , and applied response surface method to optimize it .Optimal parameters are material moisture 14% , die-hole diameter 18mm, extrusion temperature 110℃, screw speed 105r/min.Using only one alkaline protease-Protex-6L, the oil extraction rate reached 89.61%, higher 22%than that without extrusion .关键词
