畜禽粪便及沼液沼渣固液分离机设计与试验
Design and Test of Livestock and Poultry Manure and Biogas Slurry Solid-liquid Separator
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the raw material processing insufficient , materials caking and the fibrous shape materials block the pump , valve , peripheral equipment and center control equipment in biogas project , a kind of solid-liquid se parator which separate the livestock manure , biogas liquid and biogas residue had been developed .The primary charac-teristics of this equipment are designed float-type screen system , solid depot segment and two stage reducer discharge mechanism .Experimental result shows that this equipment can provide the continuity operating with high separation effi -ciency and quality .The prepared material liquid settled the blocking with improving operational efficiency , which can be applied to biogas project .关键词
