The Progress of Internet of Things Technologies Applied in Ningxia Halal Meat Quality Traceability System
摘要
Abstract
As one of the dominantly featured and the priority development industries in NingXia , Halal beef and mutton is easily contaminated by many physical , chemical or biologic substance and some Muslim taboo .So it’ s very important to introduce the quality traceability system into the links that Halal beef and mutton from the source to the table .At first , the progress of beef and mutton quality traceability at home and abroad was briefly introduced .Then, the paper intro-duced the internet of things technologies used in quality traceability system , including information labeling technology , data collection technology and real-time monitoring technology .At last , some problems hampering the application of in-ternet of things technologies in the Halal beef and mutton quality traceability system were discussed .关键词
