甘蔗收割机柔性夹持输送装置驱动马达负载的分析
Analysis of Driving Load for Trackless Flexible Holding and Conveying Mechanism of Sugarcane Harvester
摘要
Abstract
Matching of sugarcane harvester moving rate and basecutter rev is precondition of insuring harvester ’ s work-efficiency and cutting-quality , and is also one of important theoretic basis which makes sure working parameters of har-vest’s implementing organs and designs its power driving system .In this paper, the 4ZZX-48 whole-stalk sugarcane harvester , which has been developed by SCAU , is researching object .According as cutting mechanism of sugarcane , and condition of no-missing-cutting and avioiding many-times-cutting for disc basecutter , the matching relation is analyzed , and checked computations the relation with harvest ’ s structure parameters , and is observed harvesting test in field .The result indicate , under the condition of ensuring the cutting-quality of root-stubble ( basecutter rev is not less than 500 r/min ) , many-times-cutting and no-missing-cutting are avorded or decreased only when the basecutter rev is increase a-long with the harvester moving rate increase .关键词
