卧式切碎装置切碎效果的试验研究
Experimental Analysis of Cutting Effect in Horizontal Chopping Device
摘要
Abstract
Many tests were carried on to improve the qualified rate of chopping corn stalks in the process of harvest , in-cluding orthogonal test , factors interaction test .The factors affecting qualified rate of chopping corn stalks were analyzed and optimized .The relationships of interactions between factors were studied .The results show that the better levels of in-fluence factors are as follows:the position that the cutter begin to work is located in front of the starting segment that corn stalks are forced to put in , feeding distance position near high snapping rolls side , marching speed is from 1 to 1 .2 meter per second , the rotational speed of cutter is about 2000 rotations per minute , the rotational speed of snapping rolls is a-bout 700 rotations per minute;the rotational speed of snapping rolls has an interaction with the feeding speed and the ro -tational speed of cutter .关键词
