农药残留检测方法及光谱技术在生菜农残检测中的应用
Study on Methods of Detecting Pesticide Residues and Application of Spectrum Technique in the Detection of Pesticide Residues in Lettuce
摘要
Abstract
Pesticide residues in vegetables bring the great hidden dangers to the health of people .This paper reviews sev-eral kinds of pesticide residue detection methods , including bioassay method , chemical method , rapid detection method and spectral analysis method , and analyses their characteristics .In this paper , the pesticide residue in lettuce leaves were detected based on spectral techniques , and the spectra of the blades having pesticide residues were compared with the ones of the blades without pesticide residues .PCA algorithm was used for spectral feature extraction , and LVQ ( Learn-ing Vector Quantization ) neural network was used to set up model of identification of pesticide residues , and the identifi-cation result was good .关键词
