Abstract
Rural information service is basis and guarantee for the success of the new rural construction .Rural informa-tion technology services determines whether we can increase the level of rural information service led farmers to increase income , solve "agriculture , countryside and farmer issues".Investigation and analysis 270 households of rural informati-zation of empirical research based on panel data in Harbin , combined with foreign agricultural information service to the experience of developed countries , analysis of the current situation of rural information technology services and the income of the farmers in Harbin , a statistical correlation between the both , through the above quantification processing and im-prove the rural information service level to promote relative ways of increasing farmers'income in Harbin .关键词
