疏解棉秆的热风干燥特性及其数学模型
Hot-air Drying Characteristics of Extruded Cotton Stalks and Mathematical Model

Abstract
Cotton stalk scrimber has comparable properties with wood-based composites and its fabrication is a new effec-tive way to utilize the cotton stalk resources .Cotton stalk drying is an very important pretreatment process for cotton stalk scrimber manufacture , and this study investigated the effects of hot-air drying parameters including temperature , wind speed , initial moisture content based on dry weight and forming load on drying rate of crushed cotton stalks in order to obtain data for optimizing drying process and designing drying device .Single factor and orthogonal experiments were im-plored on a digital experimental platform with a cavity inside .The results show that modified Page model fit the drying behaviors very well .Besides , the relationship between model factors and the above four experimental factors was analyzed and established .关键词
