摘要

Abstract

Use biological pesticides control diseases and insect pests with characteristics such as security , and effective , and no pollution, this article introduces structure design and work principle of biological pesticides spray device with mixing of pesticide and water after spraying .It does some theory analysis and test about its mixed performance evalua-tion.The article carries out test study on atomization characteristics including biological pesticides spray flow spectrum and droplet diameter and biological pesticides activity .The results suggest that mixed efficiency of biological pesticide spraying device is more than 90% and can meet the demand for bio -pesticide spraying.With fan speed change from 2 500r/min increases to 4 500r/min, mist flow pattern is more uniform , droplet movement speed is quicker , particle size is smaller and more uniform and biological pesticide activity is slightly lower , but still more than 90%.the effect of com-plete machine spraying are satisfactory .
