微耕机非作业状态的振动测试及分析
Test and Analysis of Vibration of Micro-power in the non-operating state
摘要
Abstract
QLVC-ZSA1 vibration signal analyzers and piezoelectric acceleration sensor were used as a tool in this test . The vibration signals of engine housing and the handle of the micro-power tiller were measured under engine ’ s typical working conditions when the tiller was in the non-operating , their time domain and frequency domain were analyzed , the vibration signal ’ s eigenvalue and spectrogram of different working conditions obtained when the tiller was in the non -op-erating .The results showed that when the engine speeds , the vibration frequency of tiller's handle increases , but the root-mean-square value of handle has the maximum in idle state .the vibration frequency of engine housing increases , the vibration acceleration increases and the maximum of the root-mean-square value is 1 .8 times of its minimum , Engine vi-bration is between the low frequency range of 26Hz ~131Hz,the vibration of the handle at the idle speed condition has became high frequency vibration .关键词
