枣实蝇及其他5种检疫性实蝇的PCR-RFLP快速鉴定
Rapid identification of Carpomya vesuviana Costa and five relative species of fruit flies by PCR-RFLP

Abstract
Carpomya vesuviana Costa has been a new quarantine pest in China. In this paper, the method of rapid identi-fication of C. vesuviana Costa and 5 relative species of fruit flies was studied based on PCR-RFLP of the mitochondrial DNA( mtDNA) . The results showed that DNAs, which were estimated about 350 bp and 450 bp respectively, were ob-tained by means of PCR with two pairs of primers designed from mtDNA of target pests.The PCR-products could be reg-istered by restriction enzymes ( Dra I and Mse I) . All the 6 species could be discriminated according to the banding pat-terns of the restriction enzymes. It is suggested that the method is reliable for quick discrimination of fruit flies.关键词
