摘要
Abstract
Protein inhibitor of activated STAT3(PIAS3)is a member of PIAS protein family. It was primarily found as a transcription activity inhibitor for activated STAT. PIAS3 has special functions and domains, thus affects the activity of many transcriptional factors. With the increase in PIAS3 study, more action mechanisms about PIAS3 with transcrip-tional factors were found. The paper reviews the research progress of PIAS3 on the transcriptional regulation.关键词
