摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effects of combining operation internal fixation with manipulative reduc-tion in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods:30 cases of thoracolumbar compression fracture who were treated with operation internal fixation combined with manipulative reduction from June 2005 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Among 30 cases of patients, the overall effective rate was 93.34%with 8 excel-lent cases, 14 good cases,and 2 poor cases. Conclusion: The curative effect of combining operation internal fixation with manipulative reduction in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is satisfying.关键词
