摘要
Abstract
school education should overcome sticking on a single education method,individualized education should be considered. Summarizing from the practical teaching for years,the education position of engineering school should focus on developing future technological innovation talent;we found that there are a considerable number of technologi-cal innovation talent candidates in our faculty. They are learning suitable for the problem----theory----practice learning mode. Teaching and strengthening technological innovation education shall be made generally available. The paper emphasize on forwarding a set of corresponding technological innovation personnel training.关键词
