摘要
Abstract
Since 1990s, With the development of the large-scale integrated circuit technology, Complementary Met-al-Oxide-Semiconductor(CMOS)image sensors gets a strong development. Mainly introduce the working process of CMOS image sensors, Comparing with CMOS image sensors and Charge Coupled Device(CCD)in performance param-eters, highlights performance advantages of CMOS image sensors, and discuss the development tendency of CMOS im-age sensors.关键词
