Molecular Linkage Map Constructed by SSR Markers in Castor

Abstract
161 F2 individuals derived from the single cross of inbred lines YC1 and YF181 were used as mapping popu-lation in castor. 345 SSR primer-pairs were used to detect the polymorphisms between parents YC1 and YF181. 80 SSR and 1 ISSR primer-pairs were selected to analyze F2 population. 145 markers were detected by the primer-pairs mentioned above. Only 124 markers were used to construct the molecular genetic linkage map, which span castor ge-nome about 396cM, with average distance of 7.76 cM between markers.关键词
