胃复安引起锥体外系反应25例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the extrapyramidal symptoms caused by excessive use of metoclopramide in chil-dren and its treatment methods. Methods:25 cases of extrapyramidal system reactions caused by metoclopramide were retrospectively analyzed. Results:All patients stopped using metoclopramide, and were intravenously injected with en-ergy mixture, intramuscularly injected with atropine or intravenously injected with 654-2, intramuscularly injected with diphenhydramine. At the same time, they were treated with fluid infusion, diuresis, and primary disease treatment. Ex-trapyramidal symptoms of most cases alleviate on the first day, no sequelae appeared in 6-12 months follow-up. Con-clusion:Metoclopramide overdose can cause extrapyramidal side effects, so it should be cautiously used or prohibited in children.关键词
