Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing experience of implementation of effective community nursing care for diabetic patients. Methods: From February 2011 to February 2012, 80 diabetic patients in xiwang community were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 patients in each group, both groups took conventional medication, on the basis of this, the experimental group was implemented effective psychological, dietary, life and other community nursing care. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 95%, of control group was 80%, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Effective community nursing care can promote diabetic patients awareness of self-protection, delay disease progression, reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient's life quality.关键词
