摘要
Abstract
The uremia secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) become aggravation along with maintenance dialysis therapy. Accurate treatment method can avoid the complications and death caused by SHPT. Conventional therapy includes correcting hyperphosphatemia, regulating blood calcium levels and applying active vitamin D, which can prevent the occurrence of complications and death. If conventional methods is invalid, the doctors can choose surgery method. This paper reviews the treatment of SHPT.关键词
