Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:Retrospective analysis methods was applied, the clinical data of 58 aged patients with intertrochanteric fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2013 were selected, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with proximal femoral nail(PFN), the observation group was treated proximal femoral nail anti-rota-tion(PFNA), the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:The operative time, blood loss and com-plications in the observation group were lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:PFNA and PFN both have better effects to treat intertrochanteric fractures, but PFNA internal fixation has the advantages of smaller trauma and fewer complications, so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
